Meet Our Host
馬生出生香港，早年留學美國，於2010年回流香港，曾任職高級日式料理主廚，育有三名子女。
三年前決心回歸大自然，步入全職農夫生涯，銳變成為今天的「城市農夫」。從一遍荒蕪自學農耕，經兩年刻苦努力，漸現雛形。
希望目標重新活化梅窩的「南苑山莊」，保育本地農作物同時，凝聚社群，開拓梅窩社區更多的可能性。
Born in Hong Kong, Mr. Ma studied in the United States at an early age and returned to Hong Kong in 2010. He is a former chef of fine Japanese cuisine with three children and decided to give back to Mother Nature three years ago. Now, he started his career as a full-time farmer, and what we so-called "city farmer."
From a deserted area gradually shaped into an organized farm that allows people to visit, it took two years of Mr.’s hard work and self-learn.
He truly hopes to revitalize Mei Wo's "Nan Yuan Villa" and conserve local crops. Gathering the community and exploring more possibilities for the Mui Wo are also some of his life goals.
